\u2022 3\/4 tsp baking powder<\/p>\n

\u2022 2 Round 8″ cake tins<\/p>\n

Let’s Start Baking!<\/h2>\n

\u2022 Start by preheating the oven at 350 degrees F. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Lay greaseproof paper over the base of the two baking tins. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Make sure the greaseproof paper fits the base of the baking pans perfectly sprinkle some flour or sugar on it. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Sieve the flour and keep it aside. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Break one egg at a time and in a cup. From there, put it in a mixing bowl. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Now add sugar, vanilla, salt and baking powder to the eggs mixture. Whisk all these ingredients until combined. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Using cut and fold method, add 1 tbsp of flour to the mixture with a spatula. Then add the remaining flour in the two other instalments. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Now divide this cake batter equally in two already prepared baking pans. And bake this cake for about 15 minutes or so. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Check its doneness by pricking a toothpick or knife into the cake. <\/p>\n
