Prick a toothpick or a skewer to check its doneness.<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf\tOnce done, place this cake on a wire rack for about 10 minutes to let it cool down completely.<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf\tYou can choose to top up the cake with any kind of your favourite frosting.
