Mix until the coffee dissolves<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"sweet\">Chocolate Frosting<\/h2>\n<p>\u2022\t1 cup unsweetened cocoa<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\t\u00bd cup unsalted vegan butter<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\t1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tA pinch of sea salt <\/p>\n<p>\u2022\t2-3 cups powdered sugar<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\t\u2153 cup vegan milk <\/p>\n<h2 id=\"sweet\">Directions: <\/h2>\n<p><b>1. \t<\/b>Grease and flour two cake pans. Preheat the oven to 180 degree celsius<\/p>\n<p><b>2. \t<\/b>Add apple cider vinegar and soy milk. Stir and combine. As it curdles, set aside<\/p>\n<p><b>3. \t<\/b>Whisk sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt thoroughly in a bowl until all the ingredients are combined well. <\/p>\n<p><b>4. \t<\/b>Add to this milk mixture, prepared coffee mixture, vanilla extract, and oil.<\/p>\n<p><b>5. \t<\/b>Beat with a whisker on a medium speed until everything is incorporated well. Scrape down the sides and combine. <\/p>\n<p><b>6. \t<\/b>Pour the batter into prepared cake pans and bake for 35 minutes.
