Easy Wheat Jaggery Cake Recipe<\/h2>\n

Ingredients <\/h2>\n

1.5 cups whole wheat flour atta<\/p>\n

1.5 teaspoon baking powder<\/p>\n

1\/2 teaspoon baking soda<\/p>\n

1\/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder<\/p>\n

pinch salt<\/p>\n

1\/2 cup oil 120 ml<\/p>\n

1\/2 cup plain yoghurt <\/p>\n

1 cup powdered jaggery<\/p>\n

1 teaspoon vanilla extract <\/p>\n

1\/2 cup + 2 tablespoons milk<\/p>\n

1\/2 cup chopped walnuts<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s Start Baking!<\/h2>\n

\u2022 Start by preheating the oven to 350 F degrees. Meanwhile, prepare an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan and then set it aside.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Take a bowl and sift powdered jaggery so that there are no lumps clustered together in the cake batter. Set it aside.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Take another mixing bowl and sift whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder and a pinch of salt together. Then again, set aside.<\/p>\n

\u2022 In a stand mixer, add oil, yoghurt, jaggery powder and vanilla powder. Now beat all the ingredients together until everything is well combined.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Then add some milk and mix again. Follow the same process with the other half of the flour mixture again. If the batter looks too thick, then feel free to add some milk to achieve a perfect cakey consistency.<\/p>\n
