FlowerAura charges its customers with no hidden charges. The prices shown on the products are the full and final value of the product including the delivery charges for all major cities.
Delivery charges are applicable only for remote locations only, Some salient points of our deliveries are as follows:

1. Same day orders will be taken till 4:00 pm on the same day, Contact our customer care if you place your order after 4:00 p:m:
   
2. Free shipping for deliveries in all major cities within the city limits, extra charge will be applicable for far off addresses.
   
3. We cover over 100 cities across India
   
4. Our flower deliveries are done by hand by our flower delivery boys
   
5. In case of absence of the Recepient following is done
   • Will try to call the concerned person
   • Deliver the bouquet to neighbour or some guard who takes responsibility
     
6. We provide message card which will bear the message from sender at no extra cost
