5 Easy Cake Recipes for Beginners

Ingredients

āž¢ 100 gms amul butter

āž¢ 2 eggs

āž¢ 1 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp drinking chocolate powder

āž¢ ¾ cup castor sugar

āž¢ A few drops of vanilla essence

Recipe

āž¢ Filter the dry ingredients – flour, chocolate powder, and baking powder.

āž¢ Blend the sugar in with butter. Make sure that the butter is melting at room temperature before you use it.

āž¢ Delicately beat the eggs and gradually pour the sugar butter blend.

āž¢ Add the egg blend to the dry ingredients and fold in alongside the vanilla extract. Now, empty the cake batter into a baking container that is greased and lined with parchment

paper.

āž¢ Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C and put the cake to bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

āž¢ 1 tsp cinnamon powder

āž¢ A handful of unsalted cashew nuts, Pistachio, Almond

āž¢ Filter the dry ingredients – sooji, baking powder, and cinnamon powder.

āž¢ Ensure the ghee is softened and at room temperature. Blend the sugar in with the ghee.

āž¢ Add the sugar-ghee blend to the yogurt by delicately beating it in.

āž¢ Now blend the milk in with sooji and fold in the yogurt with sugar ghee blend.

āž¢ Include the cinnamon powder and let the cake batter settle for 2 hours.

āž¢ After that sprinkle the unsalted dry fruits and preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.

āž¢ Empty the cake batter into a greased baking container and bake the cake. Following 10 or 15 minutes, check if the edges of the cake have turned brown. The toothpick magic doesn’t work here as there’s no flour. Edges turning brown means that the cake is baked perfectly.
