1. How to Place an order?

Step 1: Select the flowers/item you would like to send. You can choose the item by checking out flowers under different categories. Once selected click the “BUY” product.

Step 2: Read the product description. Select the additional product you would like to send along with it and click “ADD to CART” button.

Step 3: Once selected you will see the final cart with total amount to be verified. Go ahead with
the “Checkout” button.

Step 4: Checkout page is very important.Carefully fill all the details, select the date of delivery and the message you would like to send. Once it done all details press “Review Order” button.

Step 5: Verify the details and proceed to “Submit Order”.

Step 6: Select the payment mode and complete the payment on a secured payment gateway.

2. What is mode of payment, can payment be made through cash?

We accept Credit cards (Dinner club, Visa and Master cards), debit cards, net banking and Itz cash card for the payments. We donot accept cash for transactions.

3. I am not able to complete the payment. What should I do?

The payment may not be complete due to connection failure. If the problem persists please write to us at wecare@floweraura.com or call us on 0124-4008383

4. In which cities do you provide song dedication service “Floral Notes”?

Our Floral Notes service is provided only in Delhi NCR i.e. Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida

5. Can I place order for outside India?

At present we Do Not deliver Outside India.

7. The place I want to order is not there in the listed cities, can i still try for order delivery?

In special circumstances we can see if the delivery can be arranged to a city not mentioned in the delivery lists. You will be charged a nominal sum in addition to your product cost if required.

8. Will I be charged extra shipping charges ?

No, you will not be charged any additional charges for shipping if your city lies in the list of delivery cities on our website https://www.floweraura.com/flowers/deliverycities, except in the case where delivery location is outside the city limits.

9. Does your website also delivers on Sundays and public holidays?

FlowerAura works on all Sundays and holidays except under uncontrollable situations like bad weather or civil disorder like bandhs.

10. What about any discount on bulk orders?

11. What is the use of becoming Floweraura's member?

Our members get special offers and discounts on timely basis. You will be entitled to these discounts once you become our member.

12. How will I get to know my order is delivered?

We send a confirmation mail once the order is delivered. You can also login into your FlowerAura's account to check the order's status.

13. Can I cancel my order, if yes then what is the procedure?

The orders can be canceled only 24 hours before the day of delivery. To cancel an order, please write us an email specifying your order number from the email id which have been used for placing the order.

14. Is FlowerAura on Facebook?

Yes FlowerAura is on Facebook, you can like our fan page https://www.facebook.com/floweraura to avail discounts we give to our facebook page friends.

15. Can I send a customized bouquet?

In past there have been requests from our users for customized deliveries e.g. we had a bouquet of 33 Red Flowers to celebrate 33rd Anniversary of a couple.
