1. Blend some of the whole roasted hazelnuts in a mixer grinder thoroughly while setting about 20 nuts for centre filling aside. The consistency that you must be looking for is a smooth fine paste. Use a powerful mixture for this step. Many bakers also like to add some plant-based milk to this mixture from time to time. If you consider doing so, kindly keep in mind that you need to add the vegan milk base little by little while the roasted nuts are being grinded. Using a food processor is easy while drizzling some plant-based milk. If you are using a mixer grinder, this entire process will take somewhere between 2 to 5 minutes. 2. 4. After rolling these mixture balls with single hazelnut centres, place them in the fridge to set. The considerable duration happens to extend between an hour to two hours. You can also consider keeping them overnight.
5. If your chocolate is not in a molten condition, use your baking skills to melt the chocolate in a water bath. Once the molten chocolate is ready, dip each of the balls in the molten chocolate with the help of two spoons. Once the Rocher balls have hardened, you can either keep them in a container in the fridge or you could wrap them up before keeping them in the fridge with the classic golden foil coverings originally used in the Gourmet Chocolat.
