Requirements

  • Butter
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups granule sugar
  • 1½ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1½ tablespoon baking powder
  • 1½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1½ cup buttermilk
  • Warm water
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • Vanilla extract 2 tablespoon

Procedure

1.Preheat the oven - 365 degree Fahrenheit
2.Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt using a mixer on a low speed.
3.Add eggs, buttermilk, warm water, oil, and vanilla and keep beating it on a medium pace until it is smooth.
4.Divide the batter evenly.
5.Bake for 30-35 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
6.Prick it in the center with a toothpick, it is ready if it comes out clean.
7.Cool for 15 minutes and then turn the cakes onto the racks and allow to cool.
