Ingredients

• 1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed

• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

• 4 chia eggs

• 2/3 cup canned pure pumpkin

• 1/4 cup sugar

• 1/8 tsp organic pure stevia

• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1/4 tsp salt

• 1/8 cup dark chocolate chips vegan

Let’s Start Baking!

• Start by preheating the oven at 350 degrees. Meanwhile, prepare a 9’’ baking pan with baking spray and by lining up a parchment paper.

• Pour all the cake ingredients into the mixer attachment except the chocolate chips.

• Beat it together all well combined.

• Then using cut and fold method pour the chocolate chips into the cake batter.

• Pour this batter in the already prepared cake pans and top up the batter with the remaining chocolate chips.

• Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean when pricked to check its doneness.

Vanilla Cake Recipe

• cups gluten-free quick oats

• 3 Tbsp baking powder

• 1 cup powdered erythritol or agave syrup or maple syrup

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 400g yellow squash, sliced (2 medium)

• 1 Tbsp liquid stevia extract

• 3 tsp natural butter flavour

• 2 Tbsp vanilla extract

• 1 cup applesauce

• 1/2 cup water

• 2 tbsp white distilled vinegar

Let’s Start Baking!

• Start by preheating the oven at 350 degree F, meanwhile prepare the 2 baking pans with baking spray and parchment paper. Set aside.

• Attain flour-like consistency by blending oats in it.

• Take a large bowl and pour this blended oats along with baking powder, confectioner's sweetener, salt, and some erythritol or agave syrup or maple syrup. Whisk to combine all these ingredients.

• Take mixer attachment and add sliced squash, liquid stevia, butter flavour, vanilla extract, applesauce, water, and vinegar to blend it all together.

• Mix the dry and wet ingredients together until well combined.

• Distribute this cake batter into two already prepared cake pans and bake it for about 25 minutes or so.

• Check its doneness by pricking a toothpick. Once done take out the cake pans from the oven and place it on a wire rack for about 1 hour or so.

• You can stack these cake layers one over the other and top up with some fresh fruits and berries.

• 3 cups gluten-free rolled oats

• ½ tsp salt

• 1 tsp cinnamon

• 2 tsp baking powder

• 1 ½ cups frozen blueberries

• 2 eggs lightly beaten

• ¼ cup pure maple syrup

• ¾ cup cottage cheese or ricotta cheese (cheese has its own set of health benefits, and this much won’t hurt our health)

• 1 cup vanilla almond milk

• 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

• Start by preheating the oven at 375 degrees F.

• Take a large bowl and pour oats, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder.

• Pour some blueberries in it.

• Take another bowl and mix whisked eggs, maple syrup, cottage cheese, milk, and vanilla.

• Now, prepare the baking pan by greasing it with baking spray and line it up with parchment paper.
