A Guide To Flower Show In Noida 2021

The increasing air pollution levels in the National Capital Region have become a cause of concern for the residents. The 34th Edition of Noida Flower Show, the Noida Vasant Utsav will focus on air-purifying plants known to gobble up toxins, allowing humankind to breathe fresh air and live healthily. While the theme of this year’s flower show in Noida is “Marigold.” The flower exhibition in Noida will display the best varieties of marigold flowers along with more than 3,500 types of seasonal flowers. The main attraction will be Dianthus from 40 nurseries, including those from Kalimpong and Bhimtal. Bonsai and succulent plants will also be the focus of the event.

More than 100 stalls catering to gardening tools have been set-up by the event organizers. The show also aims to spread the message of “say no to plastic.” For this purpose, a kiosk will offer plants in exchange for plastic, hosted by the organization, Human Touch. Street plays will take place to entertain and educate the visitors about the need of the hour to protect our loving environment. Demonstrations will be held on how to convert waste into compost, an effort to waste produced during the landfill.

The displays would be put up by participants like the New Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC), the South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC), the Northern Railways, Indian Navy, Bharat Petroleum Corporation, Adobe Systems India, NIIT, LG, and multiple schools.

The Flower Show in Noida will be organised at Noida Stadium, Sector 21A.
