I've been using floweraura for over a year and it's high time I leave this review. I sent this flower to my dad for his birthday and he loved it very much. The photos don't do justice to this lovely floral arrangement and service was prompt as ever. They even called me a couple days before to let me know that some flowers in the decor wasn't available and they were replacing it with white lilies. Would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone and looking forward to more new floral bouquets.

The process of selecting, customising and checking out was quick and easy. I needed more space for my message and the online customer service reps were very helpful in getting this resolved.

Their service is awesome. The first time they attempted to deliver , they couldn't reach my parents and they waited for an hour before they decided to leave and come back later . They sent me an email and they informed me that that we're doing to deliver it again tmrw. I really do appreciate the way they treat their customers and value the effort they put in to make it special for us. Thank you.You guys went above and beyond by going there twice. My mom was so happy about the exotic flowers. They were awesome and looked heavenly.

The flowers were not exactly the same as the picture but they were still pretty. They could not reach the receiver but they contacted me before they cancelled the order and everything was sorted. Timely delivery. Thanks!
