Flower was good and also I like the same day delivery . But I didn't like the writing on the card coz it was our anniversary and in the card its mention that "congratulations to you both " and also the writing by pen wasn't setisfactory .

The website is decent, user friendly. Need to expand to better quality gifts whichninclude gift cards and services as well as lingerie for Valentines day. I am from the US so having these kinds of options would make it easier for me to do one stop shopping. I think your online chat is horrible. People are cold and give very short uneducated answers and are not knowledgeable about the products or shipping services. Otherwise Im fairly pleased with the order. This is my second order and at least this time it resembled the pictures somewhat. I will continue to use the service provided I dont run into any major issues.
