The good. Website was easy to navigate, welcoming me to shop. The choices seem endless. Flowers came next day on Sunday which was impressive. The bad, chat people need a to.be morw friendly and helpful. They need to answer the questions about quality and size of the roses and size of the arrangement. Didn't like the answers they gave me. Way too vague. The arrangement did not resemble the website illustration with no babys breath dor color contrast and no different hights of roses. Didn't count but didnt look like 100 roses to me. Also baket was cheap. Card was not what I expected. But fair. My note was atapled.to the card.like a.cheap afterthought. Looked like it rolled out of a fortune cookie and was stapled to the card like a receipt.
