Online chat really helped to know info Arush is very helpfull. When order was recived bt reciptant there was no picture taken .i placed two orders one for Vizag and another one for puna. First vizag one reciptant asked the service guy to take picture first he said he dont have camera and after asked several times then they took picture and sent email with picture and message. For 2nd order i didnt recived any message or picture back from puna

I have used flower aura on several occasions now for flower and gifts delivery to my family in India. Each time the items were delivered on time and I was kept updated on progress as well. I must add the flowers are always fresh and just stunningly arranged !!! I also used the express same day service few times and they delivered as stated - same day !! I am very happy with flower aura and will continue to use this in future too !! :)

On time delivery, the cake was yummy and awesome. Though they charged ?150 for delivery separately, which was not mentioned while placing the order. But a good experience. Maybe you can consider reducing delivery charge.
