Your employees in the small cities are not very good flowerists. My last order was not presentable . Delivery address was Manesar and my order no was 887492 .Even i mailed at wecare @floweraura.com and people assured me redelivery. Still I dint get the order redelivered I never expect this from you guys as u set a benchmark in all my previous orders.
