- 1. What is this feature?This feature allows you to record a personalised video message that can be sent along with your gift. The recipient will receive a link to view the video once the gift has been delivered, adding a heartfelt touch to your present.
- 2. How can I record the video, and how will the receiver view the video?After placing your order, you'll get a notification directing you to a page where you can record the video message. Simply click on the 'Record Video' button, and the recording will begin in a secure video frame. The video is then encrypted and saved with your order details.
- 3. Is it free?Yes, this feature is absolutely free. You can record and send your video message with no additional charges.
- 4. Is the recorded video message safe and private?Yes, the recorded video message is entirely safe and private. It is end-to-end encrypted, meaning that only the intended recipient can view it. Even our team cannot access the video content.
- 5. Will I (the sender) be notified when the user receives the video?No, there is no separate notification to inform you when the recipient has viewed the video. However, you will know when the order has been delivered, as the recipient will receive the link to access the video at that time.
- 6. When will the receiver receive the video?The recipient will receive the video link as soon as the order is delivered. They will be notified via SMS and WhatsApp, and the video can also be accessed through the QR code on the message card included with the gift.
- 7. How does the recipient view the video message?The recipient can view the video in two ways:
- Via SMS/WhatsApp Link: Upon receiving the delivery notification, the recipient clicks the video link, redirecting them to a landing page. They will need to enter their details and verify through an OTP before accessing the video.
- Using the QR Code on the Message Card: The QR code on the message card can be scanned to access the landing page. The recipient will enter their details and complete the OTP verification to watch the video.
