The first thing you guys should do is sharing a Direct Number. It is very irritating to hold on to the call for hours. Each time a different person use to pickup the call and replied that I will update. You do not respond to the emails also. If you really value these feedback then please take some action on the same. I called 4 times to mention that I need the order by 11.30 am but there was no response.. the only Feedback was "I will update". One of your member rudely cut the phone. This is really frustrating.

Thanks a lot for delivering this on the right time. Appreciate the proactive step taken by your customer care representative 'Jatin' to allow for placing the order at around 8 p.m. yesterday and getting it delivered by 10... Awesome work!.. Will recommend to my colleagues.

The time which i mentioned was not followed. So there was inconvenience to whom i hav send the flowers. And the picture on the site was different from what we got.
