I star less because I feel the person booking an order should be initimated about the tentative time when the product will be delivered or when the product is out for delivery. The client remains in a state of suspense from booking till delivery, raising doubts whether order will be delivered or not. As for the product, I asked the person receiving it to whatsapp me the snap of the bouquet, it seemed pretty similar to what is shown on the site.
