I have been sending greetings and flowers etc through Flower Aura since last three years. They do not seem to keep record of customers for giving discounts. Service is timely, is reliable but the packaging of cake and gifts needs improvement - Col D P Jairath

It's nice to have customization which Flower Aura did. I had ordered for a chocolate cake rose bunch and a vase. Somehow I found the cake was not fresh enough and the vase which was handed over was nothing more than a tumbler which made me a little disappointed. Besides the note with the bouquet was not put up and was not nicely printed.
