I appreciate your accepting the order on the same day of delivery. There was slight delay on the delivery time but its acceptable under the circumstances.

I had ordered a pack of 12 bouquet. I paid extra Rs. 200 for on time delivery. Delivery was around 90 mins late. My surprise was almost destroyed. It reached at end moment. In the business of flowers timing is something which is very crucial. Also I asked for 200 refund so
